As an Head of Agency Sales at OnAudience, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our presence in the DACH market. Your mission will be to develop and strengthen relationships with leading media agencies while driving revenue through OnAudience’s cutting-edge upper-funnel advertising solutions.
In this key leadership role, you will represent OnAudience in front of DACH’s most influential agencies, design and execute go-to-market strategies, and lead agency partnerships to success.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the agency-focused sales strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue in the DACH market.
- Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with top media agencies and senior-level decision-makers.
- Educate the market on OnAudience’s innovative solutions through consultative selling.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, securing new agency partnerships and generating sustainable revenue streams.
- Represent OnAudience at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives, positioning us as a trusted partner for agencies.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure client success and deliver value to agency partners.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor future members of the DACH agency sales team as we grow.
What qualifications we are looking for?
- Strong track record in programmatic and digital advertising sales with a clear focus on the agency ecosystem.
- Established network and relationships within leading DACH media agencies (senior/consultant level and above).
- Passionate about agency development, with a consultative and strategic approach to solving client challenges.
- Confident in engaging with C-level and senior stakeholders within agencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Native German and fluent English.
